**Villa Alveo Del Mare has been distinguished with the 2024 Tourism Awards Bronze for Luxury Villa of the Year** Welcome to Villa Alveo Del Mare, just 300m from the vibrant beach of Agia Marina and its numerous beach bars and tavernas! This stunning Villa features two pools (one of which can be heated with an additional daily charge), 7 en-suite bedrooms and a spa room for you to enjoy the ultimate holiday experience! The services below are also included in the price: - Welcome pack including traditional Cretan treats - Daily housekeeping, 08:00-14:00, apart from Sunday - Linen and towel change every 3 days - Pool towels provided - Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included) Notes: -The upper pool can be heated with an additional daily charge upon request and it has to be used for the entire stay. -The villa may accommodate a pet up to 10 kg. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
