Villa Angelos is a new stone built one level villa with spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Three adjacent bedrooms, each with en-suite showers, have sliding balcony doors to the pool terraces. For outdoor living there is a brick built BBQ and shaded dining area with comfortable sunbeds by the private pool. The gated property offers safe parking and is an easy walk to the supermarket, bakery, bars, tavernas and sandy beaches of Katelios. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
