Villa Aphrodite is the ideal place for those seeking tranquillity and relaxation. You won't see any neighbours and yet within a few minutes drive you'll be at the seaside, or in town. The property offers peace and seclusion but only a 5 minute walk will take you to the village supermarket, bars and restaurants. The villa is located on the island of Rhodes, on the hill outside the village of Maritsa with a beautiful panoramic view from the mountains to the sea. The airport is only 10 minutes away and the most beautiful beaches, such as Rhodes town, are less than 25 minutes away by car. The butterfly valley is only 5 minutes away. The villa is 200 m² and the plot is over 4800 m². The house has 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds (+1 folding bed available), two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. A folding bed can also be used as an extra bed if required for an 8th person. Outside you will find a 60m² swimming pool, including an area with water jets for relaxation. All parts of the villa are accessible to travellers.
For your stay, I call on the best. My right-hand man will welcome you and communicate with you in several languages during your stay. A professional will look after the swimming pool 2x a week. Your accommodation and bedding will be cleaned on the day of your arrival. For stays of 2 weeks or more, we will change your sheets and clean the villa every week.
The villa is a 5-minute walk from Maritsa, a typical village with restaurants. The airport is less than 10 minutes away. The beaches and town of Rhodes are less than 20 minutes away by car.
