Villa Chryssi is an amazing, sea front property, that has the perfect layout for big families or groups of friends as it offers privacy among your group and features seven en-suite bedrooms, a large kitchen and two living rooms. Villa Chryssi spreads over three levels and covers 400 sq.m., comfortably accommodating 14 guests in beds and up to 16 guests if necessary with daily housekeeping. The services below are also included in the price: - Welcome pack including traditional Cretan treats - Housekeeping 6 days/week (apart from Sunday) & final cleaning - Towel & Linen changes every 3 days - Linen, bath and pool towels are provided - Shopping before arrival (cost of groceries not included) - Garden and pool maintenance - Holiday advisor service Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Chryssi Villa is located on Akrotiri peninsula, close to a small traditional village of Horafakia. Akrotiri is the circular peninsula which extends at the northwest of the prefecture of Chania and it is considered to be the ideal area for villa holidays. In Horafakia village you will be able to find a mini market, bakery, butcher, gas station, newsagent shop and some amazing traditional taverns which we will indicate you the exact location on your arrival.
 Also, between the areas of Tersanas and Loutraki where our villas are situated, there is the suburb of Kounoupidiana where guests can find big supermarkets, gas stations, banks, tavernas, restaurants, pharmacies and many more, thus enabling them to cover their everyday needs very easily, without having to drive all the way to the city center. Among the major advantages of this area is that is very beautiful and quiet, yet very close to the airport and the city of Chania (15 km). It also has some of the best beaches of the northern coastline, such as Marathi, Seitan Limania, Stavros, Tersanas and Loutraki where some very good tavernas and beach bars are situated. Other sites worth visited are, the monastery of the Holy Trinity, the Monastery of Gouverneto and the Graves of Venizelos at the hill of Prophet Helias, which offers a panoramic view over the whole city.
