Also, close to the house, towards the back side there is a hill with a nice pine forest. Not too far from the house there are some hotels, that have beach bars and restaurants.

Within a few kilometers from the house there are several villages (2 km the closest one)with all kinds of shops and entertainment facilities. The house is located on a private land of 3000 square meters, located 2 km southeast the kriopigi village, in the Kassanda peninsula of Chalkidiki. The closest villages are Kripigi and Polychrono, located within 2 km from the house. These villages are popular tourist destinations. There are many shops and recreational eshtabilshments in both villages, satisfying all shopping and entertainment needs.
