The house is in a very quiet, 1.2 km. away from the beaches of Poseidi. Situated in a relaxing and quiet area, with 5 other houses, each with a separate entrance and garden, private parking and a large, grassy lawn in a plot of 6000 m2. Built in 2005, was recently renovated. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Kitchen is fully equiped , free wi-fi, and tv with cd & dvd player. Suitable for families with children, or just groups of friends. The house itself has 3 floors joined by a spiral staircase. On the ground floor, there is the living room with a fireplace and kitchen, 1 bathroom. On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace. On the 2nd floor, there is a large master bedroom- attic with terrace. The house is functional and is fully equipped for casual summer vacation. Guests will have access to equipment as electric kitchen, Coffee Machine, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher).

I own this wonderful house with my wife and our daughter, for 20 years now and we decided to start rent it since 2019. We will be happy to welcome guests and help them have an unforgettable summer vacation in one of the most beatifull parts of Halkidiki . I speak English and I will be in the area most of the summer days as the next house belongs to my sister. In Possidi there are more than 4 beatiful beaches 3-4 min away from the house by car where you can enjoy your bath in a beach bar or by your own. There are excellent restaurants-tavernas in Possidi -as Posseidon, Sidera, Stamatis , tasting them you are going to love Greek cuisine There is a super market just 350 meters away from the house, Farmacy is located in 700 meters while a health center is located in Kassandria village 14 km away. You can easily drive to visit villages around as Afitos with its traditional architecture and breathtaking views to Sithonia the most popular to mention. Kallithea village is famous for night life full of bars 19 km away. At home you will feel relaxing and quiet. The garden is big enough to enjoy view and fresh air.
