Villa Glafki is located in Raches on the Greek island of Skopelos. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 child) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. The ground floor has a kitchen, living/dining room, 1 double bedroom, bathroom. On the first floor is another double bedroom with a balcony looking out onto the hills and sea, with a table and chairs. There is a twin bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the pool, hills and sea. A second bathroom is also located on the first floor. Outside is a private pool and garden area with a dining table and chairs, sea views, barbecue, loungers, parasols. A local tourist tax of 15 Euros per night is payable directly to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
