“The locating was fabulous for us. Only about 10 min drive from town and yet you feel like you have the whole valley to yourself. And it is very beautiful. The roads out from town are a bit windy though so careful driving is required.”

Villa Glysteri is located in Kalogeros / Glysteri Beach on the Greek island of Skopelos. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The villa is walking distance to the beach. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen with living room and dining table. There is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor has 1 air-conditioned double bedroom and 1 air-conditioned twin bedroom that both feature doors to a balcony. There is also one family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. A local tourist tax of 15 Euros per night is payable directly to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
