Villa Harmony is a luxury two-story stone-built villa (maisonette) built on a site land of 2300sqm in the year 2022 within a zone of the traditional settlement of Kamilari, Heraklion, Crete. The area is called Seli due to the existence of an ancient Minoan civilization village of Seli and is next to the village of Kamilari and in the middle of the villages of Pitsidia-Siva-Kalamaki-Kommos.
Nearby beaches for swimming are in the Kalamaki – in Kommos, -Matalla- Red sand. It is located next to the archeological site of Phaistos palace and Kommos the ancient Minoan port, and close to archeological site of Gortyna, the Agia Triada, as well as the archeological museum of Messara.
The site is located on a low hill at an altitude of about 12.5m above sea level, facing the provincial road 65, and has unrestricted views of the surrounding villages , the plain of Messara, the sea and the mountain ranges of Psiloritis and Asterousia.
Villa Harmony has a ground floor area of 95.89sqm and includes living room – kitchen – bathroom – and bedroom. The first floor has an area of 71.39 sqm and includes two bedrooms – bathroom and terraces overlooking the sea-mountain-plain and surrounding villages and towns. It has two swimming pools, one large for adults and one small for children, and spacious paved courtyards with many tree-lined green spaces. It is surrounding by stone-built walls with lights . The Villa is built according to the newest legislations of thermal insulation, waterproofing, earthquake protection and quality of materials.
Outdoors there is a wood oven ,grill and sink.

Welcome to Mesara valleyMesara is the beautiful south central valley of Crete . Mesara had particular cultural features within Cretan Greek and abroad world. Its meaning comes from the greek words <mesa sta ori> which means inside mountains but the are beautiful beaches on the west. The history of the place starts six thousand years ago, with the Minoan civilization, a famous civilization who succeeded to travel all around the world in ancient times . Another importance of Kommos is the myth of an old archaeological shipwreck around the cape there ,which also has not been discovered yet, but old people from the region talked about it.
