The "Villa Kalamos" is a complex of three traditional residences, just a breath away from the sea. It is located on a quiet, lush 6,000 m² estate with a large swimming pool (5x12 m) and an outdoor jacuzzi, enjoying a wonderful panoramic view of the South Euboean Gulf. 📍 The property is 45 minutes from Athens and 50 minutes from the airport. It is located near the archaeological site of Amphiareion of Oropos, Attica, and access is available only by car. Two of the three residences are available: 🏰 The Tower (140 m²) An authentic three-level stone house with an internal staircase and a unique atmosphere. Ideal for 4–6 guests. It includes a living room with a wood stove, kitchen, WC, and a balcony with a view, as well as two master bedrooms (one on the 1st floor and one on the mezzanine). Each bedroom features: - King-size bed - Sitting area with a sofa bed (1 person) - En suite bathroom - Balcony / private terrace 🍷 The Cellar & the Garden Suites (191 m²) 📌 A stunning loft with a vaulted ceiling, built with traditional solid bricks and an open-plan layout, ideal for 2–4 guests. It features an open bedroom with a queen-size bed, kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. 📌 For more guests, two autonomous suites are available: ✔️ Garden Suite 1 (up to 4 guests) : King-size bed, bathroom, sitting area with sofa bed, and terrace with sea view. ✔️ Garden Suite 2 (up to 2 guests) : Queen-size bed, bathroom, and garden view. 🔔 The suites are located above the Cellar and are connected by a private elevator or through the garden. *They are not rented independently.* All areas are equipped with heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and hot water. 🌿 Outdoor areas All guests have access to the shared garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and the beautiful views of the sea and forest. The property offers a peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation and family holidays.

From the pool level, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. The pool (5.00X12.00m, depth from 1.20 to 2.20m) is surrounded by a wooden floor. It has an overflow device, hydromassage, reverse swimming, shower, chaise longs and umbrellas and it operates continuously 24 hours a day. The pool and the house are surrounded by a wonderful garden of mediterranean herbs, shrubs, flowers and fruit trees, in the heart of a beautiful olive grove. Enjoy the beauty of nature, absolute tranquility and privacy, in a comfortable, modern space that was built with passion, attention to detail, respect for the environment and a special love for tradition. Coastal area, sparsely populated, on the slope of a verdant hill with a panoramic view to the sea. The district called "Prasinos Lofos" (Green Hill), near the archaeological site of Amphiareion (1.5 Km). The house has a beautyfull swimming pool (5,00X12,00 m) with a panoramic sea view. The distance to the beach is about 500 m. At a distance of 800 m, there is a tavern, a cafe, a bakery and a minimarket. Markets are located at a distance of 3-5 km in Kalamos, Agioi Apostoloi and Oropos, with supermarkets, shops, taverns, cafes, pharmacies, health center, doctors of all specialties. A car is necessary for transportation. There is available free parking area. The local transportation is insufficient.
