Entering the villa, at the ground floor there is a living room with a big balcony featuring a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bedroom with ensuite WC. At the lower floor you will find a private gym and a table tennis, the jacuzzi room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom. This floor leads directly to the pool. At the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom and going further up in the attic a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. At the backyard of the house you will find a BBQ with a dining table, where you can prepare and enjoy dinner al fresco. At the pool area you can relax on the sun lounges while admiring the stunning surrounding views!

Villa Kandia is set in a quiet part on the outskirts of Agia Efimia, a traditional fishing village, located on the north-eastern coast of Kefalonia, surrounded by mountains which form the beautiful Pylaros valley.
