Litinas Villa is a brand new Villa, designed to provide complete privacy to our guests and can comfortably accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary. The Villa is decorated with great care and elegant taste and it is consisted of 2 buildings, covering a total of 290 m2. that communicate with each other, both rented together, making it ideal for big families and groups. Located in the picturesque village of Amnatos, Litinas Villa offers magnificent sea views from most the indoor areas, verandas, and the pool terrace, as well as views of the surrounding area and mountains! Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Litinas Villa offers a full privacy with amazing sea view in its luxury settings a little 10-15 minutes drive to several beautiful beaches or to the old town of Rethymno where are the main shops and restaurants. It is situated in a private land of 2,500 square meters overlooking the Aegean sea. The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. You can find many grocery shops in Stavromenos village which is 6 km away but also the closest big living areas where you can find a variety of bakeries, supermarkets, nightlife and restaurants are the well known tourist areas of Platanias and Adelianos Kampos which are 10 min drive away.
