Villa Maria is a tradition house of 55 sq.m located in the picturesque village of Stavrochori just 7 km from the closest beaches of Koutsouras and about 10 minutes away from Makrigialos. Villa Maria is a stone house which was built in 1930. The bedroom is located in the exact place where an old stable used to be. A decorated detailed on the wall is a peace that we left after the renovation. Villa Maria is unique and authentic, as the rooms’ architectural structures are based on the original form of the old building. It was in 2008 when we decided to renovate to purchase the old houses and create the villa in this particular area as we loved to have a house in this village. Today, its population has dwindled to 90 people. Villa Maria has one bedroom and it’s decorated with rustic furniture, taking you back to village’s way of life! There is one double bed and one sofa bed for two persons. Kindly note that we can move the sofa bed in the living room in case you wish to sleep on separate rooms. Kindly note that there is no door between the bedroom and the living room. At the living room there is a fireplace and a dining area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Please inform us about your arrival time. Check in time from 14.00. Check out till 12.00.
