Villa Marianna is a villa combining traditional Greek style with modern design. Villa Marianna is within walking distance of Nidri and it is about 400m walk to the village of Paliokatouna where there is a fantastic taverna overlooking the sea and the islands beyond. Relax on the terrace or swim in the private swimming pool. Villa Marianna is the perfect spot for a summer holiday. Upon entering the villa there is a large open plan kitchen-lounge with large French windows that open out on to a covered terrace. This is the perfect spot to enjoy lunch or dinner. There is a bathroom on this level. The private swimming pool is directly outside the lounge area and the built BBQ is just next to the eating area making it very easy to enjoy those evenings when you just want to stay at home and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a Master Bedroom plus a Twin Bedroom plus another bathroom with shower cubicle. The Twin Bedroom with windows overlooking the swimming pool can be made up as a Double on request There is a new building on the land below villa Marianna which is visible in the photos

The owners live close to villa Marianna but the villa is hidden by a high hedge and fence so you can enjoy your privacy during your holiday but if you need anything at all you can just pop next door and ask for whatever you need.

One of our favourite restaurants is located within a short walk of villa Marianna. Traditional Greek BBQ meat dinner with a gorgeous sea view! Nidri has many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Nidri has plenty to offer in the way of activities. Windsurfing, cycling, swimming, water sports, sailing and for the best day out you can hire your own motorboat for the day. There are many walking trails around villa Marianna. Please ask us for more information. Taxis are readily available and many places are within walking distance.
