A new two storey modern secure Villa surrounded by greenery, offering absolute privacy; spectacular mountain and sea views. 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom with king size bed and sofabed, 2de bedroom with king size bed, 3th bedroom with king size bed and one singel folding bed) 2 bathroom (one with bathtub & one with shower), stay up to 8 people. Beautiful garden, private large swimming pool of 45m2. The Villa Is well located in Gerani, Pano Gerani and close to all beaches, restaurants, city. Such as: Gerani, Pano Gerani. about 300meters from Pano Gerani Village. 900m-1km from Gerani, Gerani beach with tavernas, restaurants, bars, etc (+-12min walking distance). Platanias beach and center is about 2.4km
