Villa Nicoldia is a beautiful, newly built place that comfortably accommodates up to six people, ideal for families or friends who want to enjoy Zakynthos. It is located near the area of Laganas and just a few minutes from the centre of Zakynthos. It has 3 bedrooms for more privacy, 2 bathrooms, with one of them within the master bedroom, a spacious kitchen and living room. The location is ideal, close to Laganas beach, restaurants and the town centre.
If there is anything you need or if you experience any issue, please feel free to contact us. We are here to help and make your stay unforgettable, always respecting your privacy.
Our neighborhood combines tranquility with easy access to all the island's attractions. We are within walking distance from the famous beaches of Laganas, where you can enjoy the crystal clear water and the sun. The area is surrounded by welcoming local restaurants and cafes, offering a rich dining experience. In addition, the close proximity to the centre of Zakynthos allows for walks in the picturesque alleys with traditional shops and local markets. Our neighbourhood offers the perfect combination between local life and tranquillity, making our accommodation the perfect base for exploring all that beautiful Zakynthos has to offer.
