Overlooking the Libyan Sea in southern Crete, Villa Saktouris offers a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families with children! The 65 sq. m two-story villa is stylishly furnished throughout both indoor and outdoor areas to ensure a comfortable stay and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Indoor Layout: Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 49'' HDTV smart TV, a Playstation 3, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. This space features direct access to the pool area for a seamless indoor and outdoor connection. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom with 2 single beds (0.80m x 2.00m) and a bathroom with a shower. Reaching the first floor through a staircase there is a main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The main bedroom also has access to a balcony with a sitting area which offers an exceptional sea view. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, a 32” HDTV, and a closet. Our delightful outdoor area with exceptional panoramic views offers facilities and spots for relaxation. More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - Private swimming pool with sun beds - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue - Outdoor dining table - Parking is available **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 8 euros per night from April to October and 2 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
