Sarris Villa is a beautiful countryside Villa of 250 m2 divided into two floors. It has 5 lovely bedrooms (with A/C), 4,5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. On the ground floor of Sarris Villa there is a quite spacious, traditionally furnished living room with A/C and a fireplace, which gives a cozy homely atmosphere! The living room is sunny and airy all day long and leads directly to the private terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a large dining area. Furthermore, on this floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which features a double bed, while the other one offers three single beds. Finally, family bathroom with a bathtub and a WC are available on the ground floor. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor where 3 bedrooms of Sarris Villa are located. The first bedroom boasts one double bed and a single one, an open fire place and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with three single beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Last but not least, the third bedroom has one double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outdoor there is a large private swimming pool of 35 m2 and 1.20m depth surrounded by high trees and a stone wall, which secure privacy. There is a large wooden table with wooden chairs and BBQ facilities that create a perfect private setting for relaxation and al fresco dining and lounging. Also, there is a wonderful old well which now has a decorative role. Wood, stone and trees are the three elements that prevail in the Villa’s careful decoration.

Sarris Villa shares a prime location as within the walking distance you will find a traditional tavern, a cafe and a mini market. The nearest sandy beach alongside with taverns, small shops and a supermarket are situated in Panormo village (16 km away). Agios Mamas and the surrounding villages are like live postcards, typical of the Cretan landscape, pervaded by the aroma of Cretan cuisine and the sound of the Cretan lyre. People there live amidst nature and emotions, outside the code of behavior found in big cities and no matter where you go, they will open their doors to you to treat you to a ‘tsikoudia’ and welcome you! Agios Mamas has a mini market, a regional tavern and a small traditional cafe. In Perama village, which is 15 minutes away by car, you will find everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butchers, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Panormo, a beautiful seaside village 25 minutes away by car, is well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organized and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganized. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need: well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher’s shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional taverns, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
