The apartment’s space and rooms This 1st floor apartment-villa, measuring 150 sq.m., further secured by an alarm system, includes an open plan fully equipped kitchen-large dining area, an additional sitting area with comfortable sofas, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and private balcony. At the front part of the house, the two remaining bedrooms, which have big windows for plenty of sun and light and queen beds, are serviced by the second bathroom that the apartment has. The sitting area can accommodate two additional persons who can sleep on the sofa-bed found there. Large sea-facing balconies surround the apartment, providing the residents with ample space to take their breakfast or have dinner or a late cap, while enjoying the wonderful view that opens up in front of them. The garden area This hospitable apartment spreads on a 4.000sq.ft. plot, shared with another villa. The fenced, children-friendly surrounding area of the apartment has been shaped into a large garden with palm trees, Cretan plants and olive trees. In this beautiful green environment one finds amenities like a barbecue grill, outdoor garden furniture with a table suitable to sit 6 persons, sun beds and umbrellas for the hot and sunny days! A free self parking space allows you to safely park your car or motorbike, should you choose to rent one while visiting Crete.

- There are just a few house rules. In order to respect the neighbors it is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Please try to keep noise to a minimum mostly at: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm & 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (quiet hours). Pets are not permitted. Smoking is forbidden in the interior, but you are able to smoke on the balconies if you wish. Turn off all electrical appliances (cooker, air-conditioning, water heater, etc.) when out.
