Villa Thea is located only a few minutes drive away from Kolymbia Village and Beach, a car is recommended for this property but is not essential as we can assist you with ordering home delivery from the local supermarket, also Kolymbia Village has a number of restaurants offering home delivery service. The ground floor boasts generous open plan kitchen and living area with ground floor shower and toilet room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be able to cook a full meal, including the basic essentials, olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs and spices. Washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. The stylish and comfortable living area with ample seating areas with flat screen TV. All areas of the villa are air-conditioned. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed and en-suite. Two further bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a family bathroom with bath tub. The outdoor area has large dining area, stone built BBQ, landscaped gardens and beautiful 8x5m tiled overflow swimming pool. Private driveway for off street parking. The Villa in 2024 has had a 5000 liter water tank installed to ensure zero disruption to our guests stay during Island water shortages. We provide meet and greet service, upon arrival you will be welcomed by a member of our guest experience team who will give you a guided tour of the Villa and answer any questions you may have, a welcome basket of fresh goodies is also provided.
