Villa Verde e Mare is set in beautiful green gardens, just 1 minute (50m) from Tsilivi Beach. This traditional property is classically furnished in a vintage style and features large balconies, a classic outdoor canopy swing and a romantic outdoor dining area. After an enjoyable day swimming in the blue Ionian, returning to the Villa, you can relax in the peaceful gardens under the tall trees. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and consists of 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan, 2 bathrooms & 1 WC, 2 living areas with one flat screen TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. For families with children there is a special indoor area for children to play, imagine and create, as well as an outdoor playground. Baby equipment is also available including: Baby cot and a high chair after request. Guests can find a bakery, a supermarket, a variety of taverns and bars within walking distance of the property. One of our main advantages is that we have a private parking area with many spaces. Parking is a major problem on our island, especially in the summer months. So stay calm if you have a car or plan to rent one.

Tsilivi is a densely populated tourist area, offering all amenities. It has three main positive characteristics as an area, it has a wide beach with clean, shallow and sandy waters, it is very close to the capital of Zakynthos, only 6 kilometers from the center of the island but as a tourist area, it provides everything, taverns, restaurants, beach bars, bakeries, supermarkets, hairdresser, beauty salon, pharmacy, pastry shop, doctor's office, children's areas with inflatables and electronic games. In general, it offers everything! The good thing is that you can see everything by foot.
