Spaceious and beautiful villa in a perfect location in a peaceful area yet close to Samos town (5 minutes by car). Scenic area. Here you can enjoy the silence in the evening and wake up to a magical sunrise over neighboring Turkey's high mountains. A short drive to nice beaches and shopping. Mourtia beach is my own favorite (and many of the locals') The villa is airy and has large family rooms. Modern decor. On the 2nd floor are two large bedrooms and a private bathroom with an associated large sun terrace.

We are a Greek/Norwegian couple who live in Norway and run our own business here, but also have family and business in Greece. We use the house in late summer and early spring enjoying the beautiful nature in Vlamari for hiking, swimming and social eating.

Quiet and rural with vines and olive trees. The shepherd comes by every morning with his flock of goats on their way to pasture, and you hear the rooster crowing in the distance.
