Relax in the private Luxury Villa Elia located in a small, traditional village named Asteri and enjoy your stay. The property has a private entrance and parking, the private pool area is equipped with sunbeds table chairs, and a large barbecue where you can have fun with friends. This property is ideal for hosting a group of friends due to the many independent spaces.
The first image that triggers the eye, is the colourful garden in the entrance of the villa together with the garden area. Some of the unique characteristics of the garden area are, the large barbecue, where you can relax, enjoy your food or cook Greek traditional recipes, also the swimming pool in the middle of the garden. As regards the interior of the villa, the ground floor is fully equipped with modern furniture, a kitchen, a WC, and a spacious living and dining area.
On the first floor, can be accessed via stairs, there are 3 double bedrooms with king-size beds and en suite modern bathrooms. All bedrooms have access to big balconies with a view of the mountains.
The most breathtaking characteristic of the villa is the unforgettable view from all balconies. On the front side you can enjoy the villa and the beautiful sunset, and on the back side you can see small villages.
Surrounded by nature in a quiet and tranquil environment, we offer absolute privacy without distractions.

Our property is located in Asteri village, just 10 km away from the nearest beach and within easy reach of numerous others. Within 500 m of the property, you will find a great restaurant. There is also a grocery shop, a gas station, a bakery, and a café just 3 km away and a full-sized supermarket just 4.5 km away.
Easy and quick access to the city centre and the beach! The house is very close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc. which are less than a 10-minute drive. Less than 500 m. is a tavern and mini market.
In addition to driving or taking a taxi, guests can also arrange for airport transfers or car rentals for added convenience. The property offers free parking, making it easy for guests to explore the surrounding area and nearby attractions.
