This space accommodates up to 4 guests, providing a serene escape for both work and leisure. Immerse yourself in style, comfort and a prime location. 9 km from the port of Rafina and 17 km from the airport.  This apartment is in a quiet tranquil location with only the sound of nature perfect for that to get away from all "break".   It enjoys an excellent mountain -sea view.   It can accommodate up to 4 people.There is an open plan lounge/ dining/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped.  Two sofas one becomes a double -comfortable bed . There is no door in the bedroom-louge area. A dining table and chairs are available.The bathroom has a washing machine and hairdryer.  The master bedroom is on the upper floor with a queen size bed. There is no door in the bedroom: its an open space to the staircase. UV Mattress & Pillow Cleaner and Sanitiser Vacuum are used after each booking. The view from the bedroom is astonishing! Outside there is seating with stunning views towards the mountains  on both balconies ( upstairs and downstairs). The house has solar-panel water heating, so there is instant hot water.     Ertflix is provided. Four beach towels are provided. This is certainly a "home away from home". The house is delicate, that's why it is so special. So it should be treated with respect and care. So, here are a few tips: - The marble stairs are risky for children. That's why this place is unfortunately not suitable for very young children. - Please don't smoke in the house area .You do smoke on the terrace and balcony. - Quiet hours in Greece for siesta are important. Please obey them. - Use all appliances in the kitchen but leave them as you find them. I am here to make your vaccation as comfortable as possible !

Zoumperi is in the Nea Makri resort area of east Attica 20 min. from the airport. The port of Rafina is 10 min. away. The apartment is luckily located withing 5 min walk from the sea ( LaCosta) and surrounded with mountains with planty of trees. Nea Makri with a beautiful marina is 10 min. away and is full of little cafes, bakeries, shops, and all types of restaurants. The banks, post office and pharmacy all within a 100 meters range. The CLASSICAL MARATHON start is 15min. drive from the house. There are orginized beaches with water activities : Scupa diving Snorkeling Boat Excursions . The largest designer outlet, Mc Arthur Glen (15 minutes by car). Saint Efraim’s monastery, in Nea Makri, is one of the oldest monasteries in Greece. Transportation is available ( bus) can take you to the closest Metro ( Pallini ).
