ADRIATICA DREAM luxury accommodation is an accommodation with a small reception and 4 rooms with bathrooms. It is not a hotel. It is furnished luxuriously and modernly, with high quality materials and equipment. Each room has got an air conditioning, Wi – fi Internet, satellite TV, mini bar, safe, water kettle, hair dryer, automatic room locker, video surveillance of common areas etc. Each room has its own balcony. The rooms are located on the 7th floor. There is an elevator in the building. Parking is available for guests. ADRIATICA DREAM is placed close to the Old Town ( 400 meters). You do not need to use the car. In five minutes walk you will get to the great restaurants, bars and all the other attractions that Zadar offers. Guests arrive at a reception. Upon reception the receptionist leaves the accommodation and is available to guests by telephone 0-24.

ADRIATICA DREAM luxury accommodation is located in a newly built neighbourhood. In the neighbourhood there is a bank, a shop, a petrol station, a restaurant, a cafe bar, a children's playground etc, all within 200 m. Near the accommodation (100m) there is a public garage on 4 floors. If guests come with more cars, they will have parking in the public garage. The Old Town is only 400 m away from the accommodation and you do not need to use a car to go there.
