Property information

AHDesign is a complex of 5 luxury apartments located in the very heart of Opatija. It's a perfect blend of modern comfort with a pinch of secession. Each apartment contains 1 bedroom, bathroom, opened-concept living room, connected with a modern and well-equipped kitchen. There is one really good and safe parking possibility that we recommend, around 1 km away from the building. The garage is called Marino Cvetković and the price for 24h parking is ca. 6,50 Eur Please note that for stays shorter then 3 nights there is a cleaning fee of 30,00 Eur.

Neighbourhood information

Opatija is a small town placed on the northern coast of the Adriatic Sea, it is very special for it`s architecture, beautiful parks and beaches. The history of Opatija started with the Habsburg Monarchy. It is a very safe town with almost no criminality (really low). Our apartments are right in the centre of the best part of Opatija where everything is reachable by foot. The famous market place where you can buy fresh local vegetables, fruit, fish, dairy products and meat is only 30 meters away!
