The spacious suite is located on the first floor of a Istrian family house in Bale, a small picturesque village in Istria Croatia. Bale is a historical stone town built on a hill that is surrounded with endless olive groves and vineyards. Bale is a small but extremely special and valuable municipality that is rapidly developing. The number of inhabitants is increasing due to good quality of life and work-life balance. Our property is located a 5-10 minute walk from the stone old town and Castle Soardo Bembo, Sports Hall Bale (that won the award for the most beautiful Sports Hall in the World in Barcelona 2009) and 5-10 minuta drive (5 km) from Camping Mon Perin where the nearest beach, pools and amusement parks (Paleo Park) for children are located. The suite is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. In the suite you can find a big and equipped kitchen and broad dining table for six persons with a cozy living room that has a small desk, smart TV and reading corner. The dining area and living room are connected with a big terrace where you can spend your time drinking coffee, chatting and drinking wine in the evenings or dining. Persons who like sports can enjoy and workout in a small and functional gym that has a 8 kg kettlebell, 1 and 2 kg hand weights, elastic bands and pilates ball (big and small). There are three bedrooms - the main bedroom with a King size bed (200 cm width), one smaller with a California King size bed (width 190 cm) and the middle, smallest one (width 160 cm). One small toilet with a shower is located on the first floor while the big bathroom with a bath tub and washing machine is located upstairs and connected with the main bedroom and a small terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch the sun overlooking the east. Our guests are free to spend their time in our colorful garden as well. Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

Bale is ideally located – a few kilometers away from the coastline but also very near central Istria. So everyone's needs during your holiday can be met. Just a short drive or „train“ ride away you can find beautiful beaches located in Camping Mon Perin (there is a bus that resembles a train that drives throughout the whole season). There are also a lot of beautiful hiking trails in central Istria (for example – cro. "Staza sedam slapova", eng. the trails of seven waterfalls), adrenalin parks, cycling paths, etc. Furthermore, gastronomic offer in Istria is indeed very rich with a lot of special local ingredients that are magically prepared in unique dishes. And last but not least – Istrian wineries.
