During your holiday, the owner of the Villa Andrej will be in a separate ground floor apartment and will do his best to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible, as well as being available for any information and assistance. Because of the variety of plants on our property, dogs of small breed are very welcome and for all others please send us an inquiry before booking.

The villa is located in a quiet place called Pinezici, surrounded by a 1000 square meters varied Mediterranean garden that won first place in the 'Otocna Rozica' competition in 2019 for the most beautiful garden on the island of Krk. Also in the courtyard is an attractive concrete swimming pool with mosaic tiles, large terrace, gazebo, barbecue and outdoor seating and dining garniture. There are two car parking spaces in the yard. If you want to swim in the sea, you do not need more than 9 minutes to walk downhill through the woods to the quiet bay Torkul. If you prefer an equipped beach with various amenities, fun for children on the water, or more suitable to sit in one of the two picturesque Beach Bars along the coast, then go to Jert. There is also a large parking lot there. You need about 3 minutes by the car.

The nearest market is about 300 meters away where you can find all the essentials you need. The Ivincic Tavern is 1500 meters away, while the Tonivale and Valbenz restaurants are within 1000 to 3000 meters. The capital city Krk is 9 kilometers away. Valbiska Ferry Port for islands Cres and Rab is 3 kilometers away.
