Apartments Mara are located at the sea on the end of Pirovac bay in direction towards Zadar 1,5km from the village center. Isolated beach in front of closed garden of 4000m2 are enabling the guests privacy on vacation. The beach is suitable for small children. In the village there are restaurants, bakeries, food shops, pharmacy, post office, tourist office, marina, etc. The heated swimming pool is available from mid April- end October (not July/August). At location there is an open fire grill. Apartments Mara are close to the Kornati islands, Krka waterfalls, Zadar, Šibenik and Split and only few minutes from bike road at Vrana lake. Self check in is required. Please note, hot water is on "bojler system" meaning you need to keep the "switch" always on - it is located on the switch board where the light switch for bathroom is. Location of Apartments Mara is just outside village called Pirovac. It is a small dalmatian type village with not many entertainment activities. We kindly ask our guests if they need/miss anything, please let us know so that we can assist/supply asap in order that you feel like home :)
Family Zajc has long experience in tourism. Already in 1985 we started hosting our first guests and we are very happy to say that most of our guests are coming back for many years. Our goal is that all our guests feel like at home. With that on our mind, one of the most important things for us is when guests say to us if they were missing anything within the apartment because that is the best way how we can improve. In the last years the apartments have been renovated fully according to the input provided by the guests.
Pirovac is only 25km away from Šibenik; one of the oldest city in Croatia with numerous historical monuments and music events during summer. Also Šibenik is in jun host of international children festival. Also Pirovac is only 35km away from beautiful Krka national park - easy reachable by car and connected by boat with one of the most famous and beautiful national parks in the world - Kornati national park. Pirovac is very small village but good location enables guests visiting of numerous places in vicinity without too much driving.
