****/ Your stay will begin with a minimum of time spent on the necessary formalities of registration when entering and getting to know the contents of the apartment, but with unlimited time needed to solve any problems during your stay or provide the necessary information. ****/ Your host is also available to you through a video call via the intercom at the entrance. ****/ Registration of guests via the eVisitor system is mandatory. **** Without the landlord's consent, it is not allowed to bring third persons who are not registered as guests into the apartments. ****/ Invoicing is mandatory. ****/ We have created and maintain a comfortable and safe place for your stay.
**** Two apartment units in the newly built building on the south side and the entrance to the parking lot are leaning on the residential area of Kraljice Jelena Street. **** On the north side, pedestrian access to the building is located at 80 Nikola Zrinskog Street, one of the central streets for access to the city center. **** We don't do better than others, we do it differently.
