A cosy 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of an old family house. Situated just 10 meters from the sea front, with a beautiful view of the Old Town and only a couple of minutes walk from the ferry and the bus station.
The apartment consists of the following:
- Living room with an open kitchen and a dining table. Includes microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa. Single beds can be joined or separated by request.
- Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea and the old town, with mountains in the background. Both bedrooms have smart TVs with an active Netflix subscription.
- A private garden area, accessed from the living room. The garden does not have the sea view, but it is perfect for relaxing in the shade during a hot day.
- A terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the Old Town. The terrace can be used by other occupants of the house.
Both rooms have their separate air conditioning unit.
Swimming area is just below the house. The closest pebble beach is around 100m from the house.
