This new, cozy studio is perfect for 2 and perfect for a holiday in Split. Everything is in walking distance. The beach within 15 minutes walk, Marjan hill is just 5 minutes away, the Palace less than 2 minutes walking. The bus station and port is 100 meters away, taxi stop as well. Rent a bike, agency for trips and excursions is 50 meters away. This is a studio apartment in ground floor with private entrance. Unlimited Wi-Fi internet access, cable TV, air-condition (cooling and heating), double bed with linen and towels (always washed at 95 C). Hair dryer, first aid kit and shampoos in bathroom with shower.   Fully equipped kitchen (instant coffee, selected teas, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and species,kitchen soap). Professional cleaning of superior hotel grade standard before every new arrival.

Neighbourhood information

Location is picturesque neighborhood Varoš, walking distance from everything you need to see in Split center. It is located near the one of the oldest small churches in Split, St. Nicholas. It doesn't ring the bells so there is no any noise from the church in the mornings or during the day. No traffic at all. We do not have parking, but free parking is few min walk on Dražanac street, street of Nikola Tesla (next to Lidl supermarket) or garage on Trumbićeva obala 18.
