Objekat - apartman s 3 sobe te jenom velikom kuhinjom napravljen je prije 20 godina, nekoliko puta je renoviran kako bi bio moderniji, sve tri sobe imaju pogled na more, klimatizirane su, svaka soba ima garderobni ormar, toalet,a kuhinja je zajednička, namijenjen je velikim obiteljima ili grupi prijatelja. Nalazi se iznad ceste te plaže, glavna plaža je PUNTA RATA, koja se nalazi nekih 300m od objekta. Također u ponudi imamo i parking mjesta za goste.
Dugo godina se bavim poslom iznajmljivanja,jako sam gostoljubiva i nastojim apartmane održavati čistima i u što bolje stanju. Svojim gostima nastojim omogućiti da imaju što bolje uvjete i odličan odmor, dostupna sam im sa svim informacijama, moj apartman sa 3 sobe te kuhinjom je jako čist i održavan.
Četvrt Podrače je jedan od najljepših četvrti Brela, nalazi se u blizini kamena Brela, te glavne plaže PUNTA RATA, to je mirna četvrt, s lijepim zgradama, apartmanima, lijepom cestom, održavanim okolišem i jako lijepim plažama i čistim morem.
