Property information

House Gorica is located in the heart of Šibenik, in the old Town. Original house was built approximately 500 years ago in a typical Dalmatian way - narrow hallway and three floors. Inside the house you will find three studio apartments and 2 rooms with shared bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

There are many historical buildings, museums, restaurants, cafe bars, grocery stores at walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). Public parking (pay per hour) and free motorcycle parking is nearby. There is also parking garage "Poljana" - 5min walking distance. Please be aware that during peak summer season old Town can be very crowded and you will require more effort to find the parking.
