Apartment Marietta is a part of our family house. We live here for 20 years, our location is unique. It's almost like we live on the island, it's very quiet and special area, especially in winter time. Our beautiful sea surrounds us and it makes our place so special and colourful...
We're family Ninić, in this business for the last 19 years. We rent only one apartment in our house, with separated entrance. Our guests have total privacy, their apartment is on the top of the house and there are no other tourists in the house. We respect our guests' privacy and discretion but we also expect from our guests to respect our privacy and peace. That's why we take only 2 adults, so they can enjoy the tranquility, and be relaxed, just like us...
Our neighbourhood is quiet, there is just one house with the apartments near us. All other objects are family houses, they are not for rent. In winter time, there is just 5-6 families who live in our street. So we have really peaceful atmosphere, much different than in crowded cities...come and check it!!
