This luxurious, modern equipped & newly furnished 4-Star 75 m2 vacation unit for 2-4 persons on the first floor of the house is divided into two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a dining and living area with fully equipped kitchen. 15 m2 covered furnished balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet are among the other features. In the outdoor area there is a covered pavilion with barbecue and garden furniture available for all of the guests. The nearest beach is distanced just 200 m away from the property. This popular pebble beach Jadro lies on a promenade along the coast, ideal for relaxing evening walks

Vir is a northern Dalmatian island, located only 20 minutes from Zadar and 10 minutes from the historic town of Nin and it is connected to the mainland by bridge. The exceptional clarity of the Vir Sea from the western and southern sides will attract you to the coves of Duboka draga or Crvena Zemlja, Svrdljača, Radnjača, Velika and Mala Slatina, Lučica, Žitna, Prezida, Jadro and many other coves hidden in the deep shade of pine trees. The most famous sights are the Venetian fortress of Kaštelina and the Lanterna lighthouse, being the first renovated historical lighthouse. A panoramic view of the entire island, the Vir Sea and the Nova Povljana Channel can be seen from the top of the Bandira hill, from which you can also take a hike to the archaeological site of Smratina.
