The apartment is located in the Design District in the CENTER OF ZAGREB. One room and a separate kitchen that can be used as a quiet study or room for online meetings. FULLY EQUIPPED for longer stays! WALKING DISTANCE to most Zagreb attractions and numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, and galleries. Bakery, supermarket, and a pharmacy are across the street, as is one of Zagreb's Michelin restaurants. Maksimir park is just a few trams stops away. The main bus station (airport bus) and railway station are at walking distance (tram stop Trg žrtava fašizma, lines 9, 13, 17). PARKING We are in Zone 1. Parking IN THE STREET is allowed for 2 hours only; it is best to purchase a 24-hour ticket. Download the mobile ZgPark application and follow the instructions. The closest UNDERGROUND PARKING GARAGES are Importanne, Langov trg and Petrinjska (search online: Zagreb Parking, Garages and Zones, Where to Park in Zagreb?). The ROOM is equipped with a 160cm-wide bed with two separate bed covers, a large sofa, unlimited WiFi, TV set, a desk with a good chair for working long hours and some board games in the drawer, cooling fan, and blinds that can come in handy on sunny afternoons. Central heating can be regulated with a thermostat according to your preferences. Small but functional BATHROOM with a condensing boiler, a small bathtub and washing machine with detergent for your use. We provide soap, shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. Hairdryer, shaving mirror, iron, iron board, and a drying rack are also at your disposal. There are two UMBRELLAS, SHOPPING BAGS and a shoehorn combined with a brush for clothes for your use in Zagreb. The hosts live next door and are ready to offer advice and help if needed.

A PHARMACY is two minutes from the apartment as well (GRADSKA LJEKARNA ZAGREB, Trg žrtava fašizma 8), as well as DM and BIPA cosmetic stores, Trg žrtava fašizma 9). The Michelin star restaurant NOEL (Popa Dukljanina 1) is across the street – a good demarcation when ordering a taxi! Martićeva street with BOOKSA bookstore, café and cultural events hub (Martićeva 14D) is the center of the Design District - two minutes from the apartment. Numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, galleries, shops and services are in the neighbourhood. Our neighborhood hosts TERRA ORGANICA, Bauerova 16 and the health food store BIO&BIO, Martićeva 11. GLUTEN-FREE food is offered at KATA BRUNCH BAR, Martićeva 15 and at BISTRO FETIŠ, Bauerova 9. You can buy bread and sandwiches at KORICA, Martićeva 19 and in DUBRAVICA, Tomašićeva 1. VINDIJA in Martićeva 25 offers fresh poultry and dairy products.
