Life is beautifully uncomplicated here, in our neighborhood, like in most small Dalmatian towns. There are no busy streets, no rush, no stress—just the sound of birds, rustling trees, and the views of the sea. Tucked away, you’ll live at a slower pace. And as your host, I’m here not only to provide a peaceful place but to guide you to explore and taste all of Dalmatia’s best—sharing my knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and local tips. I live here, I love it, and I want you to love it too. The apartment is all about space and comfort. With three cozy bedrooms and a generous living room, there’s plenty of room for families or groups of friends. The large terrace provides the perfect setting for outdoor decompression, enjoying leisurely meals, or soaking up the sun. Thoughtful touches like a TV with Netflix, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure you have everything you need for a great stay. While the beach and shops aren’t right outside your door, that’s part of the charm. Here, you’re free from the noise and crowds. And when you’re ready to explore, a short drive will take you to the heart of the action—giving you the best of both worlds: tranquillity when you want it, and adventure when you’re ready.

To the closest beach is 500 m, 400m to the nearest bakery and 2.5km to the nearest grocery shop, local marketplace, coffee shops, restaurants, butchery, post office. One of the highlights of this region is the Zrmanja River, known for its waterfalls and dramatic Zrmanja Canyon. Taking a boat trip through the canyon, marveling at the spectacular scenery, and kayaking along the river surrounded by splendid nature and waterfalls are experiences worth having. And there’s plenty more to discover in this region. From nearly 200 km of walking and hiking trails in Paklenica to underground caves, and hundreds of kilometers of bike paths, there’s something for everyone. If you're looking for a more relaxing experience, enjoy exploring the beauty and history of numerous Dalmatian stone towns, stand-up paddling, fishing, or simply unwinding on the beach. The choice is yours! Posedarje is situated in the middle of a rhomb created by four national parks: 17 km to NP Paklenica, 50 km to NP Kornati, 70 km to NP Krka and 110 km to NP Plitvice Lakes. Distance to Zrmanja river is 40 km, 25 km to the ancient core of the city of Zadar and 26 km to Zadar Airport. Please note that the restaurants, bakery, beach bar along with experiences like boat trips, kayaking etc. are seasonal (May to October). To fully experience the beautiful Dalmatian region, we recommend renting a car if you’re not traveling with your own, as public transportation is limited and taxis are not available.
