The house in which Apartments Matas is located has a long history behind it. Let's go back in time, let's say 65 years. Rogoznica itself was not the same as it is today. At that time, there was no house, but an empty field. Then a small house was built, consisting of 20 square meters. In 1991, there was war and parts of the land were in ruins. But the small house survived. The first owner chose to sell the house to another man in 1998 after the war. The house was expanded in length, width and height and gradually began to be rented out to tourists. In 2016, a third owner came along who bought the house and has since renovated and rented out his house and named his house Apartments Matas.

Hi, my name is Josip Matas. I am your host who will take care of you during your stay in my apartments. I have been renting out apartments on the Adriatic Sea coast in Rogoznica since 2017 and think it is fun to meet different people from the world. My goal is to make my guests as happy as possible during their stay in Rogoznica. I rent out one-room apartments up to 3 room apartments. Every year I usually renovate something in my apartments so that my guests will have an even better and nicer time during their stay in my apartments. The language that I speak fluently in speech and writing is Swedish, English and Croatian.
