NEW building (built 2023) with 4 luxury air-conditioned apartments, in the centre of Sv. Filip i Jakov. 100m from the nearest beach. Each apartment has separate entrance and free private parking place. Each apartment contains of: Private bathroom with shower in every bedroom Big terrace with the sea view and dining table Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table Flat wifi, flat-screen TV with satellite channels A washing machine and fridge are also featured, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ironing set and hair dryer. The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, 22 km from Mila apartments.
