APARTMENT PINE :-This cozy two story apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests (4 adults and one child). On the ground floor there is a open space kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, dining area, living room area with large sofa and flatscreen TV and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Main bedroom has one double bed and one single childrens bed and a balcony with seating area. Second room has two single beds.On the outside there is a terrace with seating area next to the herb garden, 2 parking spaces, shared BBQ and shared seasonal hot tub (with one other apartment and open from April 15th until November 15th every year). APARTMENT OAK : -This cozy apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests. It is located on the first floor of the house.There is a fully equipped open space kitchen with dining are, one bedroom with two single beds, double bed and one single bed in the living area and bathroom with shower. On the outside there is a private terrace with seating area, 2 parking spaces, shared BBQ and shared seasonal hot tub (with one other apartment and open from April 15th until November 15th every year) IMPORTANT NOTES: CHECK IN time is from 4 PM. CHECK OUT time is until 10 AM. - For visits lasting longer than 7 days, we change the bedroom sheets and bathroom towels every 7 days. - Pets are allowed only with previous request and possible additional payment! .- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00 - No parties or loud music
