Our accommodation is recognized by good location, traditional Istrian building style and good prices. Our guests have described it as: "Small, nice, clean, peacfull and everything within's hand reach". It's located in the heart of old town city center. Marine and crystal clear sea are 250m from us. Market, bakery, restoran and caffe bar are in range of 100m from us. The stairs that lead to the apartments are narrow and quite steep, like most buildings in the old town.At ground floor is small double room, has only one small window(60x60cm). If you want to pay small price and still enoy Vrsar to the full our low budget doubleroom is the best choice. Apartment for 2 persons on second floor and standard studio for 2 persons on first floor in a small 4 apartment house, are guests favorites.
We are a married couple and have been a host for almost 15 years now, so we have a lot of experience hosting guests and are always happy to share our local knowledge to make your vacation memorable! We are available for our guests 0-24h. Look forward to every guest and we do our best to make guests feel at home.
Peacfull location in the heart of old city center. During the summer season(01.04. - 31.10) old town is closed for traffic and is transformed into pedestrian zone in which cars are allowed to enter for 60 min at any time of the day, however cars are supposed to be parked outside of the pedestrian zone. There are several free / no fee parking options within a 5 min walking distance. During the off season(01.11. - 31.03.) you can park the car near the house on public parking for free.
