Situated on the outskirts of Malinska, this beautiful villa combines the best of both worlds proximity to the town centre, beaches and shopping facilities with a quiet location and private pool. Even the name of the villa suggests that this is a holiday villa where you can be pampered and feel really at home. The villa is stylishly and tastefully furnished down to the smallest detail and offers space for 8 people. On the ground floor you will find a luxurious, modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Malinska and the sea. A bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a separate guest toilet are also located on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms on the upper floor offer the opportunity to wake up every morning with a view of the sea.
