Property information

Rent this beautiful property in Rovinj for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the middle of nature. The property offers a large garden and outside area with a 7m x 3,5m roofed and heated swimming pool, a barbeque area/ summer kitchen and plenty of seating space outside. Furthermore, in cooler days the barrel sauna offers a warming place to relax. Besides the relaxation areas, the property also has a trampoline, a swing and additional opportunities for children to play. There are two houses – a big main house and a smaller guest house. The main house offers 2 bedrooms and a large living room with an extendible sleeping couch, accommodating up to 6 people. The smaller guest house is a cozy studio, with an open kitchen and bathroom and its own terrace, which can accommodate 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for both houses. The whole property is fenced and is ideal for 1 or 2 families with children, a group of friends or just a couple. Both houses can be rented together or separately.

For further information: Behind the holiday complex is the landlord's private property. Access to this is via the holiday complex, so that the landlords drive through the ground to the lower property. It is located in area called Madonna di Campo, witch is approx 8 km away from the center of Rovinj.
