Magnificent palace in the very center of old part of Zadar is inviting you to spend your vacation in a place worthy of kings. This home of 18th century nobelmen is one of the rarely preserved estates from that area inside the old city walls. Restauration brought a lot of challenges and strict rules that our exquisite team of architects needed to overcome so the palace would keep its original feel and authentic elements and become highly functional, blue blooded, contemporary aparthotel.
Hand made furniture, oak stairway, marble floors and the constant display of light is just a small part of the experience brought to you by each of the three apartmants behind the unique stone facade.
In 2023, the previously acquired neighboring facility was completed, and in this way in an aristocratic spirit, Borelli Palace expanded its luxury accommodation capacity under the name Borelli Blue.
