Property consists of four floors connected by an internal staircase paved with local stones.
Ground floor consists of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, hob, big fridge, coffee machine, etc.) and a dining area with a big oak table with a space for up to 8 pers. Before you head to the 1st floor there is also a toilet and a washing machine under the staircase.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (one has a 2 separate beds 90x200cm with a possibility to join and the other one has a 140x200cm bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
On the 2nd floor there is one master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm) and leather sofa which can be transformed into a bed and a big bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
On a top floor there is a living room with a small kitchen which comes handy if you wish to barbecue on the terrace or just have a breakfast with a sea view. Upper kitchen is equipped with a stove, Nespresso coffee machine, small fridge and even an ice maker to fully enjoy your sundowner.
On the terrace there is a table with a seating for six and two sunbathing loungers.
All the bedrooms plus ground and the top floor are airconditioned.
We've started hosting 10 yr ago with an apartment in Krk town.
As being sailors you also have a chance to be our guests on a big sailboat cruising Croatian coastline.
We live in Rijeka, 30min drive from our rental property.
Property is 500m away from the beach and just a short walk away from town's main square.

Since the old town is located on the hill and the houses are located on the sloping terrain it offers breath taking sea view from its top floor fully private terrace, where you can enjoy amazing sunset having a drink or a dinner with your family or friends.
House itself is in a small quiet narrow street inside pedestrian zone of the old town 100m from it’s main square. House is separated from the street with a tiny garden, ideal for keeping your bicycles.
In the old town there are several nice cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and ateliers.
By the entrance to the old town there are 2 food stores, bakery, station for renting e-bikes (ideal for a ride to the nearby beaches) and a charging station for EVs.
We have private parking spot just outside the pedestrian zone, some 200m from the house.
