The villa is in the peaceful village of Režanci, 7km from medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The village of Režanci has a food shop, open daily, for basic shopping needs. The closest pharmacy is in Svetvinčenat. The closest beaches - whether you choose the West, East or South coast of Istria - are a 20 to 30-minute drive from Istria Nuova.
