Dinka's apartment is five minutes away from Stari Grad centre (restaurants, cafes and shops) and a few steps from its bay and new waterfront. Thus, it's an ideal base for mingling when in the mood or else relaxing privately in your own outdoor spaces (balcony, garden and BBQ area). Its greenery and closeness to the pinewood makes it perfect for people with pets, children and nature lovers. The place can accommodate up to 4 people with possibility of renting an extra, adjacent double room. It is a bright and airy apartment, located on the second floor of a two-story family house. Stairs are wide and easy to climb. It has a double bedroom with attached bathroom, two sofa beds in the living room, a bigger bathroom with bathtub and a very spacious kitchen. Both kitchen and living room have window-doors reaching out to the balcony on the southern side of the house that looks towards the town's pinewood and bay.

The house is surrounded by other houses (on three sides) and faces the town's pinewood and bay on the south. Guests can therefore easily step out for a pleasant walk through the pines or go across it, on the newly built waterfront. Beaches are available along the west side of the bay. While, opposite side are all the town's facilities, including pharmacy and parks for children. Given the house position, walking is a very easy way of getting around. Alternatively, bicycles, motorbikes, cars and boats can be rented from a nearby agency for those who wants to explore a little bit more of the Stari Grad surroundings (not to miss, the ancient Stari Grad Plain!) and other charming towns and amazing bays of Hvar Island.
