The apartment has a large kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and utensils for preparing and serving food. In addition to the dining table, there is also a bar with two bar stools. The larger corner sofa can be extended and can be used as an extra bed for one or two more people. Free Wi-Fi and cable television are available in the apartment. In the living room there is a small library with books in several foreign languages ​​for children and adults. The bedroom is spacious, it has a large double bed and one single bed, as well as a desk and chair. There is a dryer and a washing machine in the bathroom.
Istria is a particularly beautiful part of Croatia, both its interior and its coast. Everyone can find their hobby: hikers, athletes, artists, history buffs and those who just want to rest. Downtown Labin is an apartment located in a building in the center of Labin. Next to the building is a bank, post office, hair salon, bakery, mini market, several cafes and a drugstore. Within a radius of 350 meters there is a city market, a city library, a sports center, a children's park and a playground. The old town of Labin is about 1 km away, and Rabac, known for its beautiful beaches, is 5 km away. The bus station is located at a distance of about 600 m and has several daily regular lines to Rabac. There are several free public parking lots next to the building itself.
