The apartments are categhorised with 3 stars. But, there is much more that it is required by the stand of 3 stars. Simply, I am trying to make the apartments fully equiped - to make the stay of my guests simplier and enjoyable. Original painting and original handcrafted items, are there for the quests to enjoy in them. Each year investments are done to enrich my offer to my guests, beside reparing the damages some "hell quests" made to my property. Please, if you do not respect the owner and his property - select another accomodation. "Hell quests" are not welcome at my apartments, please do not be a "hell guests" - you selected my accomodation to relax and enjoy, I am here to ensure the same. I am very social person, and I can listed to people.
It is now 9 years that I inherited the house from my late parents. There were many guests from various countries, most of them were excellent guests, but - there are were guests that came from "hell", those "hell guests" - argued with no valid reason, made damages (which by years comulated) to serious damages to my property. Guests came to have a quality vacation, from my side I have to give my best to accomodate my guests and give quality suggestions and advices. But, "the hell quests" think and act as if they know the best and did not want to have any communication with me the owner. This resulted in their "negative review" which has nothing to do with reality - Bookig has a very poor understanding of whyt is really going on in my apartments (during the stay of "hell guests"), they say the guests is always wright - even when he is luying and making up stories, beside the serious damages that and theft that some "hell guests" made. One can not check how is the apartment left, when it is time for departure, turning on the washing machine for laundry and dishes - on the minutes of departure makes it impossible to check. Parking the whole family outside and saying they are ready to go - how to inspect and check what damage, theft(s), broken, missing items are in the apartment - I say impossible. Then is ame "hell guests" gives a negative review, and at the same time the next guest gived 8 - arrival just after "the hell guests". Booking say give proof - what? I have to turn the camera on once the guest arrives and when he same "hell guest" is departing? I am not a policeman, the request of booking is ridiculous, beleiving to the lies of "hell guests" - you know what is the saying, atack is the best defence - so all their lies, damages, stolen, broken items - they cover up with negative review. I hope that there will me none of "hell quests" at my ccomodations. Read the reviews of my accomodation at Airbnb ..... Booking reviews is not reality.
so many interesting sites - all depends on the interest of the guests, I could have good tips.
